Wedding LiveStream Frequently Asked Questions
What is the cost and what is included?
*Wifi or hardwire ethernet connection is required.
How does livestreaming work?
We use multiple HD Professional cameras around the ceremony or reception hall and switch between them live during the wedding to capture all the action from the best angles. Some cameras will be stationary and others will carried and controlled by a videographer. We can also provide our bride and groom with their own portable login to their personal phone that allows them to speak directly to their live stream viewers and share special behind the scenes moments. For audio, we utilize off camera wireless microphones to capture every word, we can also plug directly into any DJ sound board and capture audio that way.
When will I receive my video?
A live stream is available for viewing same day and an “on demand video file” will be provided to you via a digital download link within 14 days.
How does it work with music?
Due to some copyright issues with produced music, at times it is necessary for us to replace songs after the wedding due to copyright issues
Can we get ALL the footage from the wedding?
Yes! When requested, we can provide you with all the footage we’ve captured through the day minus any shaky or unusable shots. We’ve found this is mainly attractive for couples who enjoy a more “documentary style” video and just want to see everything as shot regardless of the cinematography. This would mean a separate video file for each camera angle captured. We deliver these files via a downloadable link.
What is needed to book you?
How does payment work?
What if we need more hours than we originally booked?
We will never leave you hanging on your wedding day. If you would like us to stay for additional hours onsite, we charge an hourly rate ($150) and request that payment thereafter.
If we livestream, can anyone watch?
NO, Not at all. We provide you with a private streaming page so that only those who you’ve shared the link with will be able to watch.
